This is essentially a private message to another forum member, and will not be seen by other forum users. Just enter the user name of the person you wish to "Whisper" to and enter your comments. Your message will be sent directly (and only) to them. This feature can be accessed from any discussion, so that you don't have to leave a discussion to whisper to someone.
